TOURNAMENTS: Spelthorne Archers host a number of open tournaments during the year, and you will be able to find the target lists and results here when they are available.
The club typically hosts an Indoor Portsmouth Open during the winter and the George Potts Memorial Shoot during the summer.
We also host an invitational opening shoot at the beginning of the season.

Our 2026 Open Portsmouth will held on Sunday 11th January 2026, with 3 sessions at 9:30am, 12:15pm and 3:15pm
Held at the Meadhurst Club, a sports facility which is opposite the entrance to our range.
This is a Record Status tournament for Recurve, Barebow, Longbow and Compound bows. Entries are open for individuals and teams.

George Potts Memorial Shoot

The Annual 2025 George Potts Memorial Shoot, hosted by Spelthorne Archers took place on Saturday 7th June 2025.
The event will be hosted at Meadhurst Club, Chertsey Road, Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 7LN
The event was record status, with a variety of rounds from St George down to Windsor 30. Medals were awarded for archers shooting the round appropriate to their age group.
